You will be involved in all aspects of the launch, which will should generate a considerable amount of media interest in this very attractive property when it opens - you will have experience of managing press releases and other marketing material. As General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the hotel including staff recruitment, training and supervision, to ensure that the highest possible levels of service are achieved and maintained at all times, building a close working relationship with the hotel owner to push the business forward and above all be a hands on manager who works as part of the team. You will understand all aspects of running a hotel including operations, recruitment and marketing. You will hold the relevant industry qualifications and have experience of working in a small, intimate hotel as well as larger establishments.
