Purpose: Responsible for identifying relevant insights and compiling of analytical reports for stock that enables systems to be updated and accurately recorded to maximise efficiency. You will develop and maintain databases and reports by analysing data from ERP and also through insights gained from Internal key stakeholders.
Ability to run reports from ERP and analyse through Excel.
Develop and create Management reports on Stock, including Stock Value and Non Movement.
Ability to resolve problems in a professional manner by identifying how systems can be improved to prevent re-occuring issues
Excellent Communicator with both internal and external customers.
Computer skills, including Word, Excel, ERP (desirable) and Powerpoint
AS/A Level standard and/or 4 to 5 Grade A-C GCSE’s
Manage inventory levels including: re-order levels (Min and Max stocks), Non Movement stocks and Supplier Conformances. Keep average stock level below 60 days.
Analyse and interrogate demand forecasts to identify trends and ensure our systems are reflective of correct levels. Manage Supplier Performance appraisal process and report to management.
Liaise with warehouse personnel, stock control, customer service. Assist Stock Control in the raising, negotiating and placing of purchase orders.
Follow up with Suppliers regarding expected receipt dates. Support the Sourcing team in extracting data to assist in supplier tenders and analysis. Analyse purchasing data to inform decision making.
