Office Administrator required to join a well respected and thriving business in Ludlow. You will be part of a small team and will be responsible for the Sales & Purchasing Administrative tasks.
- The main role is ‘purchasing admin’ – tying up supplier order acknowledgements with purchase orders on our computer system.
- Checking and updating delivery dates and prices.
- Placing purchase orders – monitoring and chasing delivery.
- Booking in shipments.
- Communicating with the Warehouse Manager.
- Confident using Outlook / Excel
- Strong Communicator
Working hours are: 8.30am – 5.00pm (finish 4pm Friday) 1 hour lunch or 9:00am -5.00pm with 1/hr lunch. Please note there is potentially some flexibility to work from home a few days per week, after the successful completion of a probationary period.
Starting Salary from £17,000 - £20,000 plus DOE + profit share bonus scheme. The salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
