Working Solutions are looking to recruit a Customer Service & Sales Representative for a well respected and forward thinking business based in Ludlow, Shropshire.
The successful candidate will be selling the company's product range of Hydraulic Filters and Accessories.
- Taking orders over the phone from customers
- Handle enquiries and sales orders from customers in a positive and enthusiastic manner
- Propose products and services that meet customers needs and quote accordingly
- Solve customer issues, complaint handling and resolution
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
- Gain market details in respect of competitors information and market prices to ensure we maintain a strong position within the market.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and information to determine their potential.
- Customer focused
- Experience in a similar role/telephone based role
- Dynamic, self motivated and hungry for success
- Interested in a challenging role
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Confident using a computer
- Flexible to business needs
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts
Starting Salary from £18,000 - £20,000. The salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
