Working Solutions is a Recruitment Consultancy Specialist founded in 1995.
Being centrally located in Ludlow, we use a 'Bricks and Clicks' approach to ensure we attract the widest possible pool of candidates to the jobs we recruit for. This includes internet jobs boards, local radio, our own website and we are widely known and respected within the local business community.
We offer a bespoke recruitment service to the fascinating mix of businesses in the area, all specialists in their particular field, many of them operating on a national and in some cases international level.
We recruit high calibre candidates for permanent and temporary jobs and interview them in depth to assess their skills and competencies. Our temporary staff are available for short or long assignments at competitive rates – many clients find this an excellent method of ensuring the right fit for a permanent position.
We have a loyal customer base in all sectors including Engineering, Renewables - in particular the Anaerobic Digestion sector – Sales, Commercial, Accounts and other specialist sectors.
"The key to our reputation and continuing success is the steadfast attention we pay to our customer service. If we do not adhere to these standards we diminish as a Company and as individuals."
Upon taking a permanent or temporary vacancy we will spend time with you and your key staff to assess the skills requirements for the position. We also offer our interview room at our Ludlow office at no cost to our clients.
Working Solutions has been a member of TEAM since its inception – a cooperative alliance of independent agencies across UK who share best practice, hard to fill specialist vacancies and high calibre candidates.
The costs of recruiting are rising all the time, and you will be pleased to hear that, as a streamlined and efficiently run company, we are able to offer our clients extremely competitive rates without compromising on quality of service. We can also advise on local recruitment demographics, emerging trends in working practices, and what techniques other companies are using to attract and retain good staff.
