Julia Hughes

I chose to base Working Solutions in Ludlow, Shropshire which is renowned for a high quality of life and outstanding natural beauty.  I moved to South Shropshire after living for 5 years in Berkeley, California in the 1980s and take a 'can-do' approach.

I am passionate about helping our Clients prosper and grow.  I use a consultative approach, taking time to understand needs, culture and aspirations and am driven by Quality and Professionalism, not by Targets.

I am a qualified HR practitioner (CIPD) and undertake Skills Analysis, CV advice and interview coaching for candidates.

I am licensed to use DISC - Thomas International Psychometric Personality and Ability Profiling as well as EQ.  I am trained in undertaking a Needs Analysis of your staff (using a skills matrix and other methods) where clients are considering training and development needs of their staff. This service is offered at NO COST.

Esme James

I joined Working Solutions to run the busy temp desk in 2017. I returned to my roots after a successful decade as an Estate Agent from Worcestershire to London and back again. Fancying a change, I have jumped feet first into becoming a recruitment guru! Helping to match people to the right job is very rewarding, I love to see people happy in a job they are proud of.

Guy Bunting

I recently joined Working Solutions having taken a couple of years hiatus from the recruitment industry. I am very excited to work within a new market and geographic area.

My background is several successful years in contract recruitment within stem industries but mainly focused on sectors such as aerospace, defence, medical devices and pharmaceuticals in the South of England and Wales having been based in Bristol.

I’ll be bringing a deep skills base and experience having delt with SME business right up to global corporations. I like to think of what we do as an end to end service and I strive to find both candidates and clients their perfect match.
