The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a skilled Lampshade Technician to craft beautifully and meticulously handcrafted pleated lampshades using in-house designed fabrics. Initially part-time (Wednesday – Friday, 9am – 4.30pm), this role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position based on performance and organisational needs, offering opportunities for growth and leadership. You’ll work closely with our client’s design and production teams, ensuring the highest standards of quality in everything you create.
What You’ll Do:
Craft high-quality pleated lampshades with precision, collaborate with the team to improve processes and efficiency, and work independently to meet targets.
About You:
Experience in lampshade making or related fields (fabric handling, sewing, and assembly).
Detail-oriented with a meticulous attention to quality.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
A team player who’s adaptable to changing tasks.
Creative problem-solver with a positive and approachable personality.
Passionate about your craft and genuinely committed to producing beautiful, hand-crafted pieces.
