What You'll Do:

Your creative flair and organisational skills will be key as you plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events that leave a lasting impression. From crafting compelling content to orchestrating memorable events, you'll be a vital part of building brand awareness and driving engagement.
Your Impact:
- Develop & Drive Marketing Strategies: Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Director to design and implement strategies that make our client stand out in the market. Conduct in-depth market research to target the right audiences and deliver powerful marketing messages.
- Plan Unforgettable Events: Whether it’s a product launch, a trade show, or a training session, you’ll take the lead in planning and executing events that not only inform and captivate but also convert. You’ll manage every detail, ensuring smooth logistics and a stellar experience for attendees.
- Create Compelling Content: From eye-catching brochures and website content to engaging social media posts, you’ll craft content that speaks to the heart of our client’s brand. Your words and visuals will tell stories that resonate across all platforms.
- Lead Digital Campaigns: Harness the power of digital marketing. Execute targeted campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising, constantly tweaking and optimizing for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with Dynamic Teams: You’ll be the bridge between sales, design, and other key teams, ensuring a cohesive approach that supports lead generation and boosts sales.
- Analyse & Improve: Use data to your advantage. Track metrics, measure performance, and continuously refine strategies for even better results.
- Build Strong Relationships: Forge and nurture partnerships with vendors, sponsors, industry influencers, and media contacts to enhance visibility and reputation.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for marketing and events, with proven experience in both fields.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
- Creative thinker with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, plus a good understanding of market research techniques.
- Familiarity with event planning software is a plus.
- A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
- Willingness to travel and be on-site for events.
