Sales Executive - £30,000 - £45,000.
We’re on the hunt for a highly motivated Sales Executive with a track record of at least 2 years to join our client's team. The role will be centred around promoting and selling a wide range of products within the joinery and home renovation industry, where you will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. A background of Sales and Business Development in the Construction industry would be of a great deal of interest to our clients.
 
Supported by an internal team full of technical knowledge and experience, you will be the face of the company, visiting both new and existing clients to maximise their potential. You will work closely with this team - being based at their offices typically 2 days per week.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at not only meeting but surpassing sales targets. Identify target markets, potential clients, and key decision-makers within the sector.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Grasp customer needs, address enquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales journey.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of key products across all market sectors. Articulate product features, specifications, and benefits effectively to customers.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Create precise sales reports and forecasts to monitor performance, track progress toward targets, and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Regularly present sales data and insights to management.
  • Continuous Professional Growth: Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and training sessions to bolster your skills and market-specific knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a related field or industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Personal ambition to progress in this growing and well-established business.
  • A high degree of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent business understanding and commercial knowledge.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated to meet sales goals.
Salary and benefits: A competitive salary of between £30,000 and £45,000 is offered, negotiable according to skills and experience.
