Semi Senior Accountant - Cleobury Mortimer
 
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accountant who is looking to work in a friendly, growing practice with a varied client base with great opportunities to progress within the business. The ideal candidate will be studying towards ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience. 
 
Duties for the role include:

• Planning and delivery of accounts assignments, to include business support work such as management accounts and VAT returns.
• Calculating and advising on corporate and personal taxation.
• Supervise and coach junior members of staff and review their work.
• Assist with the introduction of new systems within the practice
• Be actively involved with the growth of the practice
• Regular contact with clients in relation to their business needs and maintaining these relationships to identify further client service opportunities

 Qualifications and skills

• Experience in personal tax is necessary
• 3 years’ experience within a practice environment.
• Be competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure

The salary for the role is negotiable depending upon experience.
